17/07/08 Euro 2008 Football Festival
Football in the Community has recently been working with the North Norfolk School Sport Partnership to deliver a Euro 2008 Football festival. Year 3 and 4 pupils attended the festival from 9 of the partnerships local school, Each School representing a different nation on the day.

Last Thursday FITC in conjunction with the Norfolk FA held their 2nd Taster Session for Girls aged between 5 and 7 at Carrow Park.

24/06/08 FITC Summer Cup Huge Sucess
THIS year's FITC Summer Cup was an excellent success, with 193 teams of youngsters taking part.
14 pitches hosted 1,600 children at Heartsease High School, with ages ranging from six to fourteen. Approximately 2,500 family members supported the children, resulting in a fantastic atmosphere for a great weekend of football.

Last week FITC held their annual Girls Player Development Centre U10's and U12's Tournament at Carrow Park on Friday 30th May 2008. Teams from Norwich, Lowestoft, Colchester, Ipswich and Bury competed against each other by playing 5-aside games.

Last Wednesday saw Gorleston FC crowned the 2nd FITC Master's Tournament winners. The FITC Master tournament supported by the Evening News and Pink Un took place at Norwich City FITC Carrow Park training facility on the 28th May.
