The School Sports Programme is sponsored by The Mall Norwich
Football in the Community have come up with a fantastic initiative to raise money for both FITC and your school. Your Pupils gain sponsorship to take 10 penalties against our FITC Goalkeepers. The more penalties they score the more money is raised. We have currently raised in excess of £30,000 for local schools.
Your school may also be interested in our FITC inflatable speed kick day. This is great chance for your school to raise much needed funds testing the speed of your shot and receive some skill based coaching from our FITC team.
The day provides the school with an excellent opportunity to create extra funds with sponsorship money being split 50/50, after costs, between your school and FITC's 'Cash 4 Kids Appeal'.
Mr Fisher, Head teacher at Firside Middle School commented, "The children were really motivated to collect sponsors for an activity that they are passionate about. It was a fantastic day with many happy faces after the children had scored against their favourite FITC Coaches."
The Children were encouraged to collect sponsors with some fantastic prizes on offer:
- Every Participant received a certificate
- The best penalty taker in each class received a trophy
- Every Child that raised over £30 receives an FITC football
- The highest fundraiser in the school received the full Norwich City home kit
We also have an Inflatable Speed Kick that can be used at your summer fetes or activity days, just call for costs and availability.
