FITC currently have eight Boys Player Development Centres at Norwich, Kings Lynn, Diss, Holt, Gorleston, Watton and Lowestoft. FITC also provides a GK specific Training Programme for advanced GK's in Norwich at Carrow Park. All centres are invitational for Boys aged Under 8 – Under 13.

The PDC’s are advanced coaching and are regarded as a route into the Norwich City Academy. The structured weekly coaching sessions are aimed to improve and develop each player within the PDC. Those who perform well within these sessions are reccommended and invited to represent Norwich City to play against other Proffessional football clubs.

All players will receive a detailed assessment at the end of each ten-week block of coaching highlighting each player’s strengths and areas to improve.

FITC also selects one Under 14 squad. This provides advanced coaching that involves more tactical information and players will also have greater opportunities to play competitive matches against other professional clubs and go on Tour.

How do I get recognised for the Boys Player Development Centre?

• By attending another FITC activity i.e. soccer schools, match nights etc
• Receiving a recommendation from your team manager
