Easton College
Easton College is the next stepping stone for those boys and girls who have progressed through our PDCs and Centres of Excellence.Not only does it provide the opportunity to receive further advanced coaching but offers continued education through GNVQ or AVCE courses.
These are one or two year courses in either Leisure and Tourism or Leisure and Recreation, and are based around the colleges excellent sporting facilities.

Age:
You will need to be between 16 and 19 to start a full time course.
Football:
The Player Development Centre is looking for players of genuine ability whom may have been involved with an amateur club, perhaps through an academy or centre of excellence, or have attended regular FITC activities. Candidates may also have gained representative honours at district, county or national levels.
The coaching that the students receive is through fully qualified FA coaches appointed by Norwich City Football Club and FITC.Not only will it include a suitable match programme and a comprehensive coaching programme advice will also be given on Nutritional and Fitness needs.This individual advice is also backed up with our Sports Injury Support.

Academic:
Intermediate Level Qualification-No formal entry requirements although a good level of Maths and English is expected.
Advanced VCE Leisure and Recreation-4 GCSEs grade C or above, including Maths and English
Mature entrants(Over 19) will be accepted with relevant industry background.
Easton College is seven miles west of Norwich next to the Royal Norfolk Showground. The college is set in 750 acres of farmland and countryside, and offers a wide range of vocational and recreational opportunities. The college is equipped with a modern sports hall and state of the art gymnasium. The college also has modern Computing blocks and a library along with a student bar equipped with satellite television and a pool table.
Many students like to live-in during their time at the college so Easton has100 single bedrooms available to its students, grants are available to many residential students.
