Boys PDC Visit Colchester over Whitsun

Last week saw the Norwich City Player Development Centre representative squads take part in a tournament at Colchester United's Community Trust training facility.

The PDC was able to field squads from U7 to U14 over 2 days with all teams competing against Colchester ACP, local county sides and other advanced soccer centres from the region.

It was the first time the U7's had represented the PDC's this year and along with the U8's played some excellent football to go on to win their respective sections.

Competition was strong through out all age groups, but special mention must go to the under 11's who produced some particularly pleasing football, again going on to win their section.

Thanks go to all the PDC parents who made the trip down to Colchester to support their sons, due to the timings of the tournament FITC could only provide mini bus travel, so to see so many parents prepared to travel was fantastic.
